There is an interesting article in Feed which talks about the PS2 v MS XBox arms race. I'm not much into gaming, but I found it interesting to hear that in two years computers should have the ability render in real time graphics that are indistinguishable from live video. I'm sure that will make for great video games, but think about some other applications. You could tell your TV to always show Nicole Kidman naked or to show some famous person you don't like as the devil. Or maybe, a government or company could.
Anyway, I'm sure it will all be lots of fun, right?
