Here is a good suggestion from Slashdot — check out the
crew logs from the
International Space Station on
NASA's human spaceflight web site.
One good quote: "The only easy day was yesterday." — which is apparently a Navy Seals saying.
This always drives me nuts. I've read somewhere about a guy who has made a toaster that connects to the
Internet, finds the weather forecast and then toasts a graphic of the forecast on your toast. Now I can't
find that link anywhere, all I can find is this
obscure note. If anyone can
find the original article, please send it my way.
Quick Update: It was on the Register. The Weather Toaster
article I was in a twist about is here. It is
a cool idea though, even if it is a bit daft.
Oh yeah, give my sweater back or I'll play the guitar.
And yes, I was going to do a review of the new Mac OS X, but arstechnica has
a really good review already.
