Cult trip to D.C.
Went to D.C. last Saturday, just for the day. And yes, the trip took a little bit longer than I thought it was going to
take, otherwise I would have planned to stay overnight. But it was nice — I got to drive and I got to go to Apple's retail
store at Tyson's Corner (nice mall, but since I'm an Apple cultie I just went to the Apple store) where I got a big honkin'
external drive to store digital video on. Wheee! I'm definitely ready to do more driving this fall.
My impression of D.C. — impossibly cute young asian women, bored, talking on cell phones. But no one seemed scared of
shopping, so maybe the economy isn't doing too bad after all.
Hmm, no links today — I'll try and repair that later this week.
