Second round
I've been trying to avoid clipping from real web logs, but I'm happy about the news so I decided to swipe this from memepool. I thought it would never happen, but the second chapter of Nowhere Girl is out.
Nowhere Girl is an online comic, less like Penny Arcade and more like MegaTokyo in that it has a strong story line and continuity. The first chapter is a little dark and, at times, melodramatic -- but still easily better than television. Yeah, I know that isn't saying much, but it is something.
The story is also a little bit political, in a certain modern sense of that word. That might bother some people more than the melodrama.
