Cat on a warm straw roof
As I've mentioned, RouseHouse has a few cats in residence, a small black and larger white and gray. Both are wild and a bit hard to capture on camera.
But the other day I drove up to the house and discovered the black sitting on the roof ... snoozing. I just had to grab the camera and take a picture.
Here he is:
To those of you horrified at the idea of the cat stuck on the roof — he did get down on his own. For those of you horrified at the pine straw festering on my roof — I do intend to go up there and sweep.

Four cats would be tough. I did the catsitting thing for one cat (belonged to an Ex, wouldn't you know) for a summer and we were *both* crazy by the end.
I like cats better in the outside world, I think.
I just spent 16 days catsitting four cats. I'll never be the same, I fear...
